The joy of building this Old-World Spanish home, was in the purity of its style and intent to create history in the home’s intricate details.  Entering the home through the four-inch thick hand-carved door into the rotunda’s open beam ceiling, the curved wood stairs with inlayed hand-painted tiles set the stage to draw you in further. The colored plaster walls, hand-painted sinks and tiles, patina-finished wrought iron railings, handcrafted light fixture, hand-beaten wood floor and hand stained floor tiles provide the setting of a true living experience. To enhance the outdoor setting, approximately 400 feet of utilities were buried, and the property line was adjusted to create a large usable yard.

The project concept came from a group of  investors that relied on Michael Torrey to provide architectural details, with Avalon Construction Corp’s full services from permit expediting through build-out.
