Construction Consulting for Conflict Resolution

Having problems with your builder or architect?  Is one of the subcontractors consistently not showing up and/or not completing work on time?

You may ask yourself, “How did I get in this predicament?” but it won’t change the situation. Conflict resolution is typically the best way to get your custom home building project back on track to resolve defects that were left behind by your builder or subcontractors.

When problems arise, such as a leaking deck or a new floor that creaks like it is 100 years old, and the builder or contractor does not to return to the project, people often feel like they may be heading to court. Fortunately, resolving a situation in court is not usually necessary and certainly not what we advocate, although our services can help if that outcome becomes inevitable.

When these types of situations occur, we can offer you conflict resolution services to pursue successful solutions for all parties involved.
