Building Feasibility StudyA building feasibility study helps to determine challenges that may be faced during construction while providing possible solutions that focus on your goals and use of the property. Determining the site development possibilities and related costs provides the foundation to outline your goals for the size of home or structure you wish to build, along with a projected time frame to permit. Critical to a concise study is building a team of associates that may include: architect, LEED consultant or Green building advisor, structural engineer, surveyor, soils engineer, geologist, civil engineer, environmental engineer, mechanical engineer, interior design consultant and lighting designer.
